Meet Korbi Brizendine

Hybrid Fitness, Nutrition & Mindset Coach

Korbi Brizendine is a NASM-certified coach specializing in strength training, nutrition, and mindset for active women aged 40 and above. With a background as a professional bodybuilder and former CrossFit competitor a wealth of experience to her coaching.​

Korbi's approach is rooted in science-based strategies that prioritize sustainability and real-life application. She empowers her clients to ditch extreme diets and embrace a balanced lifestyle that includes lifting heavy, fueling properly, and cultivating a resilient mindset.​

Beyond her coaching, Korbi is a full-time dental hygienist and a mother of two adult-ish sons. Her multifaceted life enables her to connect deeply with her clients, understanding the challenges of balancing personal goals with daily responsibilities.​

Through her program, refine, and the ReDFYNE app, Korbi offers structured guidance, accountability, and a supportive community. Her mission is to help women reclaim their confidence, strength, and vitality—without the fluff.
