Korbi Brizendine is a NASM-certified coach specializing in strength training, nutrition, and mindset for active women aged 40 and above. With a background as a professional bodybuilder and former CrossFit competitor a wealth of experience to her coaching.
Korbi's approach is rooted in science-based strategies that prioritize sustainability and real-life application. She empowers her clients to ditch extreme diets and embrace a balanced lifestyle that includes lifting heavy, fueling properly, and cultivating a resilient mindset.
Beyond her coaching, Korbi is a full-time dental hygienist and a mother of two adult-ish sons. Her multifaceted life enables her to connect deeply with her clients, understanding the challenges of balancing personal goals with daily responsibilities.
Through her program, refine, and the ReDFYNE app, Korbi offers structured guidance, accountability, and a supportive community. Her mission is to help women reclaim their confidence, strength, and vitality—without the fluff.
